Step 1: Register as One Time Business Member To be ready to better serve you, we need to know what your employment risk-free expectancy is, so you will be invited to pass our assessment, which has 2 modules: • Business Owner • Hiring Manager or both, whoever is appropriate for you. The registration is by email with $99CAD fee payable by check. We will send you the link for online test(s) or, if you prefer so, a fillable pdf test(s) by email. After completing the test(s), you will be registered as Business Member. Step 2: Labour risk-free candidates selection or labour risk free existing employees and managers evaluation Send us the explanation of your labour risk evaluation need by email. We adapt our risk-assessment tests to your specific needs and we send you the link(s) for our labour risk-free assessment test. You can give the link to a maximum of 10 employees or future for the pre-paid price of your subscription. If you need more tests, we can provide you at the same prise of $99 (from 1 to 10 more adapted to your specific needs tests), etc. Step 3: We review and select the candidates scores and compare them with the average in our database. We give you the meaning of the final scores and the rating of the tested employees or future employees (if there is more than one for the type of test you need). The entire procedure up to the final evaluation of the first 1 to 10 employees or future employees is free (included in your Business Member subscription). If you believe you will have more testing needs, you have the option to pay the annual subscription fees of $399CAD plus taxes and to have unlimited numbers of tests and analysis. You can do this by registering as Annual Business Member. We invite the direct employers from SME to use this option.
